Workout Charts

There are three levels – Introduction, Fit and Superfit – each consisting of four separate workouts and a “challenge”. Regardless of how fit you are when you begin, if you are willing to push yourself and follow the plan, you will see incredible results. All you need is 20-30 minutes per day!
